A Whole Lot Of Randomness

Is randomness a word? Steven and I debated it. It is to me! Anyway, I went to Hobby Lobby (my favorite store!) last week and bought the things to make Trinity's 1st birthday outfit and it is just too cute! I love it! As soon as I put the outfit on her she went wild! It was so hard to get a good picture of her in it. I think she liked it! I hope so.

My good friend, Michelle and I went to the Li'l Cherub sale in Danville Friday. They had all kinds of baby stuff! I could have probably spent all day there. We had a good time looking at all the things. I bought Trinity a coat, a dress, a book, a toy, and 2 bibs. I didn't find a whole lot, but it was still fun!

This is Michelle and Trinity. (By the way, thanks Michelle, for standing in line with us!)

This was Trinity Sunday morning looking as pretty as
ever! I was hard to get a good picture of her here too.
I'm thinking that there will be no more pictures of her
until she turns 3! Ha!

Pizza And Spaghetti

Today, Trinity had her first spaghetti meal where she fed herself. I fixed spaghetti and said why not let her feed it to herself? She seemed to have a lot of fun doing it! She said yum the whole time she was eating. It is so funny to watch her feed herself. She really enjoys it. Also, it wasn't too hard to clean her up! At least she didn't get any sauce in her hair!
Notice the noodle in her hair.

Yesterday Steven's dad called and asked if we wanted to go eat some pizza at Donato's. We (of course) said yes! It was so yummy. We loved every bite. Lori wasn't able to come because she was shopping. Trinity loved it and I'm sure that if she could talk she would say, "Thank you Granddaddy!"

The Goody's Grand Opening

Thursday was the Goody's grand opening in Somerset, Kentucky. I decided to go because they were giving away this free tote to the first 150 customers. I called my mom to see if she wanted to go with Trinity and me and she said yes. They opened at 9 and we live about 30 minutes away so we decided to leave at 7:30. I am not used to getting up that early! We got there around 8:00 and there was already 13 people in line. I wasn't expecting that. I figured we would be the first. In the end, there was probably 100 people in line to go into the store.

The president of Goody's was there and he would come out periodically and see how many people was lined up. He was a little on the loopy side. Lol. I saw dollar signs in his eyes!

The Somerset Chamber of Commerce was there and they had a ribbon cutting ceremony. But before they cut the ribbon, the president had to do the "give me a G, O, O, D, Y, S" cheer. He even danced! Ha ha. It was quite funny!

We had a good time standing in line for an hour and the tote we got for free was pretty neat. All I bought was a Yankee Candle air freshener for my car though. They moved into the building that Peebles was in. Basically Peebles just changed names to Goody's. They had all the same things. It was nothing like the old Goody's. It was fun though and our picture might even be in the paper! We will have to see!

This is all the people lined up!

This is the crazy president doing his cheer!

Coffee Shop. Yum!

Trinity's Babylegs

For a while now, I have been wanting to buy some babylegs for Trinity. They are like tights only with no feet or butt. Does that make any sense? They are basically leg warmers for babies. They are just too cute but they are fairly expensive at 15.00 for one pair. I wasn't going to pay that much for them. I looked on eBay the other night and found where you can get 5 pairs for 19.00 with free shipping! I hopped right on that deal and now Trinity has 5 pairs of babylegs! I love them and I can't wait until it gets cooler outside so that she can wear them! These are some pictures that I took of her in one pair of them...

Trinity's First Steps

Monday, me and my mom were in her living room trying to get Trinity to walk on her own. She has been pulling herself up on things and walking around that way but never without holding on to something. Well, we tried and tried to get her to walk and she wouldn't. Finally right about the time we were getting ready to give up, she done it! She took about 4 or 5 steps to my mom! I couldn't believe it! We cheered and cheered! But... she hasn't done it since. :( She is a little stinker! I wish she would hurry up and walk already!

Food, Fun, And Fellowship!

We had food downstairs after church yesterday. It was so good! We had sloppy joes and they were awesome! I could have ate like 16 sandwiches! We always have a lot of fun with the people from our church. It is so great to have friends!

Malachi and Trinity

This is Trinity eating her cupcake! She loved eating it all
by herself. I can't wait until she eats her cake at her birthday
party!

My Little Animal Named Trinity.

Trinity is growing up way too fast! Last week she started something new. I was making some monkey decorations for her 1st birthday party coming up in less than 2 months. I looked at her and said, "ooh ooh ahh ahh" like a monkey. To my surprise, she started doing it too! It was so funny! Then, I was reading an animal book to her and when we got to the cow, I said mooooo. She laughed and said it too! I love it! Another thing, last night she started saying Dottie! I was petting Dottie and I said, "Oh, Dottie." Trinity would say, " Oh, dah ee." It was so cute! She has been saying it all morning every time she sees Dottie. Too cute!

She can also say "shew" now. She was drinking some of my pop the other day (I know, I know, bad mommy for giving her pop). My mom gave her a sippy cup of milk and when she took a drink of the milk, she said "shew". Ha ha! She is learning so much right now!

Here are some pictures of Trinity playing...

This is Trinity praising the Lord. She really
gets into it!

These are some decorations that I made for Trinity's party.
The are on fishing line and they will hang from the ceiling.
I am so excited because her party stuff should be in today!
